Typically this would be, c:\Program Files\Tharsis Highlands\Stars in the NeighborHood\ Run the file (HoodData.exe) to self-extract the data, follow the prompts, and select the folder to store the new data files (this would be the same folder as your other "Stars in the Hood" files) When prompted if you want to overwrite the existing file(s), click "Yes."
