InDyn Programs
What is the best that education could ever be?Imagine for a moment a school where every student excelled where every student not only had fun learning, but learned rapidly and with unshakable confidence. Imagine a school where the genius in every student is nurtured, not by some cookie-cutter system where one size is supposed to fit all. Imagine a school where one student might learn to read by reading about animals, and their fellow classmate might read about rocket ships. Not the same text book? Imagine customized education to fit the interests and talents of the individual student. Imagine a school where truly no student is ever left behind for even a day. Failing a student for an entire year is an indication of a failed system and a failed approach to education. Our children deserve far better. Imagine a school where students learn to thrive in life, no matter what their chosen profession. Not only do students receive a customized education, but they receive a well-rounded education that is meaningful to them on a personal level. Imagine a school where students excel scholastically at or exceeding top world standards. How are such things possible? It starts with a committed team, inspired by an unwavering goal of excellence in every aspect of education. It starts with a dream and the commitment to the idea that something is impossible only if it is never dreamed in the first place. Next, such a program depends on a team of dedicated educational professionals who have enough humility to learn their profession all over again, and as many times as it takes to get it right. The sky is not the limit, here. It is only the beginning. Everything in civilization depends on education. If our infrastructure were to fail tomorrow, it could be rebuilt because people are educated. The limitations placed on humanity are the limitations of its educational systems. Break through those, and the stars become easy. If you would like to participate, please let us know by clicking on the Contact link in the menu. Foundation Think TankAll of the foundation programs will use an interdisciplinary approach. Experts from various fields will receive training in making interdisciplinary connections and in advanced brainstorming techniques. Self-awareness is perhaps the most important trait of a human, though frequently under-utilized. What we think and feel can frequently get in our way, especially when we are not aware of those thoughts and feelings. Every problem imaginable is basically simple. Dividing a problem into "bite-size" pieces makes even the most complex challenge manageable. The Foundation Think Tank will use these and other methods to develop its programs, starting with education. A Spirit of InclusionOne of the guiding principles of InDyn programs can best be described as one of "inclusion" rather than "exclusion." This principle was perhaps best portrayed in an award-winning essay, "Outsiderness in the Scientific Community," by Carl Martin. InDyn GoalsFor a discussion of specific goals, check out InDyn Goals.
