InDyn Goals

With the appropriate funding, the following goals are achieved.

Core Staff

A core staff is hired to perform basic operations, including preparation for events, research, and the development of a list of think tank candidates.
Expenses include payroll, facilities, furniture and equipment. Rental and payroll are less expensive here in the Philippines than in the US. The facilities chosen are based on maximum space for the amount spent, but include security for the investments made in equipment and furnishings.

Think Tank

A group of think tank associates is established. This is not a full-time activity as each member is drawn from a diverse group of professionals from around the world.
Expenses include travel, per diem, lodging, food, and meeting facilities.

Development of Curriculum, Materials and Software

At the recommendations of the think tank, a curriculum, materials and software are developed. Metrics are also developed to test the efficacy of these so that corrective adjustments can be made as needed.

Teachers Hired and Trained

Training will include advanced communication skills, assertiveness, thinking outside the box, creativity training, advanced goal setting and more.

School Facilities Purchased or Built

It is possible the think tank will recommend not using traditional facilities. Nothing will be held sacred except the purpose of the best possible education.

InDyn University established

Kindergarten through advanced degrees.
